Find CC Licensed Work“創意共用澳門”項目組拜訪澳門知識產權廳
7月7日下午，學術研究處韓子天主任偕同“創意共用澳門”項目組成員方泉副教授、易在成助理教授、汪藍副教授和湯曦等一行拜訪了澳門本地負責著作權管理的機構——澳門經濟局知識產權廳，與該廳陳子慧廳長、馮炳傑高級技術員和鄭曉敏顧問高級技術員進行了交流。
韓主任首先介紹了項目組成員，然後由公共組負責人方泉副教授介紹了“創意共用澳門”項目對澳門地區在著作權使用方面的意義以及項目的進展情況。陳子慧廳長在聽取了方泉教授的介紹以後，對“創意共用澳門”項目表示贊許，並向大家介紹了澳門地區目前著作權使用的情況，同時也關注修改后新的《澳門著作權法》與“創意共用澳門”項目本地化如何銜接與配套。法律組負責人易在成助理教授和公共組成員汪藍副教授分別從法律專業和文化藝術的角度與陳廳長等作了交流和探討。項目組並提出希望能參加中國知識產權局一年一度在兩岸三地召開的研討會，籍此與各地同仁交流學習，同時項目組也為今後與澳門知識產權廳的交流互動建立了工作聯係。
Creative Commons Macao Project Team Visited the Intellectual Property Department of Macao SAR
July 7th afternoon, Doctor Hon Chi Tin, head of Research and Technology Administrative Office of MUST, together with team members of Creative Commons (CC) Macao Project: Associate Professor Fang Quan, Assistant Professor Yi Zaicheng, Associate Professor Wang Lan and Miss Tang Xi paid a visit to Intellectual Property Department of Macao Economic Services, which is the local organization responsible for copyright management. During the visit, they exchanged ideas with Chan Tze Wai, Director of the Department, Feng Bingjie, senior technician and Zheng Xiaomin, senior consultant.
Doctor Hon introduced the team members of the CC Macao Project and Associate Prof. Fang, the public lead, introduced the impact of the Project will have on the use of copyrights in Macao and the progress of the Project. Afterwards, Director Chan expressed her appreciation to the CC Macao Project, introduced the current use of copyrights in the Macao region, and showed her concern about the localization of CC licenses according to the newly revised Macao Copyrights Law. Assistant Prof. Yi, the legal lead, and Associate Prof. Wang, member of the community exchanged their views with Director Chan from the legal perspective and art perspective respectively. The project team proposed to participate in the annual seminar held in three regions across the straits by the Intellectual Property Bureau of China in order to learn from others’ experience and the team has built a good working relationship with the Department for future cooperation.
